Hi All!
I am 3 weeks out from my first ever INBF Bikini Best Body Competition. I'm super excited to get on stage but also super nervous! I'm looking for any diet tips from this stage forward.
This is my diet at the moment:
Meal 1: 4 hard boiled egg whites. 4 oz oatmeal (measured uncooked)
Meal 2: Whey protein shake (Usually just use protein powder and water but sometimes i'll add 1/2 a banana or peanut butter) + 10 almonds
Meal 3: 6 oz grilled chicken, 4 oz veggies (either asparagus or spinach), 1/2 of a sweet potato
Meal 4: Rice cake with peanut butter
Meal 5: 6 oz grilled chicken, 4 oz veggies (either asparagus or spinach)
Meal 6: Whey Protein Shake (If still hungry)
I'm wondering if I should cut out the sweet potatoe with meal 3 and change meal 4 to 6oz chicken now that I'm getting closer to the competition? In this case I would have my meal 2 protein shake with peanut butter for some fats.
The supplements I'm taking are:
CLA
Lcarnatine
Women's Opti Multi Vitamin
CoQ
Vitamin C
Calcium
Argenine
Glutamine
Any advice/wisdom is welcome and appreciated! I've also attached my progress photos from 3 weeks out.
