    5 grams per day is sufficient. The reason they recommend more is simply that you will have to buy their product more frequently. Which is also why they recommend a loading phase. Reaching full saturation a few weeks sooner by loading won't amount to anything in the long run. Time of day really doesn't matter. Just take it daily whether or not it's a lifting day.

    wow I bought met-rx creatine and they said to take 6 capsules a day (25g). What kind of bullsh%t is that? Marketing bull****?

    What is wrong with you people that taking just 3-5 gram will help you maybe it will if you are 135 lbs , but for me which I am 275 lbs 25-35 grams is ok so don't listen to that BS and drink a normal dose and you will have benefit from it.

    Creatine

    I want to start using creatine,but I don't know the exact quantity.I already take proteins that contain 3g of creatine per serving,how much can I add in loading and maintenance phase? Bear in mind that i weigh 72 kg/158 lbs and I am 18 years old (not sure if that has to do with anything ).
