5 grams per day is sufficient. The reason they recommend more is simply that you will have to buy their product more frequently. Which is also why they recommend a loading phase. Reaching full saturation a few weeks sooner by loading won't amount to anything in the long run. Time of day really doesn't matter. Just take it daily whether or not it's a lifting day.

What is wrong with you people that taking just 3-5 gram will help you maybe it will if you are 135 lbs , but for me which I am 275 lbs 25-35 grams is ok so don't listen to that BS and drink a normal dose and you will have benefit from it.
I'm 18 year old.Body Measurements : Arm 20.5",Calves 20.5",Thighs 30",Chest 53",Waist 39",Shoulders 60",Single shoulder 22.5",Forearms 17".
Lifts : Deadlift 727 lbs,Squat 727 lbs,Bench 450 lbs.
I'm Natural.
