The company that advised ppl to take 10 or more per day just wanna make you guys to take more so that your will buy even more creatine. The extra will go to waste plus if you are getting your beef in, the more you do no need 10g of Cr

5g man.. you can take in 10g but it really depends on your bodyweight, i take in between 5.5-7g a day and that's it!! oh and be sure to drink a lot of water, like a gallon a day, and then don't skip on the cardio, because your body will retain the extra water, and you'll look bloated as hell.. so 5g a day, with lots of water, and cardio.. you'll make some good gains man!

I see that you're 18...I'm 15 and I was thinking about adding creatine to my regimen. Too young? I've read so many threads and articles and they all suggest both sides equally. I think that if I decrease the dosage to match my weight and cycle it correctly then it's safe? Please, feedback would be appreciated.
