    5g man.. you can take in 10g but it really depends on your bodyweight, i take in between 5.5-7g a day and that's it!! oh and be sure to drink a lot of water, like a gallon a day, and then don't skip on the cardio, because your body will retain the extra water, and you'll look bloated as hell.. so 5g a day, with lots of water, and cardio.. you'll make some good gains man!

    I bought Beta K Creatine in pill form. I have to take 4 capsules a day but is it safe to have another 4 after my workout or will I be ****ting bricks later? And how many grams is 4 capsules because I understand I have to take 5G of creatine. Thanks!

    I see that you're 18...I'm 15 and I was thinking about adding creatine to my regimen. Too young? I've read so many threads and articles and they all suggest both sides equally. I think that if I decrease the dosage to match my weight and cycle it correctly then it's safe? Please, feedback would be appreciated.

    Seems like almost everyone says 5 grams a day. The tub probably says 10g so that you will use up the product faster. My beast creature creatine says 10g a day as well

    yes toss it in your mouth with a spoon wash it down with water. mix it in whatever you want. take 3-5 grams is plenty. you can drink caffeine too.

    see how you go with 5mg and if you arent seeing much results just go with 10 mg. If i were you i would first try out 5 mg though just to put it slowly into my system
