    Jeff Masterson "Weight Gain Blueprint"?

Hey all, i did a search and no results came up on this program. So has anyone tried it and any opinions that can help? It's $67 and comes with a bunch of eBooks one can read and keep up with their workouts.

I'm actually a total novice to bodybuilding and want to begin training asap. I don't understand too much in this arena. I just need something simple which gives results.

    Thanks

BTW I'm 5'10 and 140lbs, my goal is to hit 160lbs cut. I don't want to look huge but just normal with a well defined body. So if anyone has other suggestions or programs for those in a similar situation as myself.

I'm currently on the Jeff Masterson's plan. I started 10/23/11 and in 10 weeks have gained 17 pounds. If you do go with the blueprint plan, my tip would be to stay consistant.

yeah jeff masterson is legit. My brother followed the blueprint and he's like 140 but he's still reaching his goal to be 150lbs then cut up. I have the blueprint on my phone so I could read it on my own convience. Good luck on your goal.

That should be easy to get to, I just hit 170 this past Sunday, 15 more pounds to go, then go into the cutting phase.

Save your money. Here are your two best places to start:

No requirement for supplements at your level; learn how to eat first. This thread will explain all the steps to figure your baseline of required protein, fat, carbs, and calories:

Buy an inexpensive food scale (~$30 at any big-box discount store), weigh your portions, and track them here: http://fitday.com[/QUOTE]

I should buy a $10/year domain name, charge $67, and then provide the links to the three sources I posted above. For some reason, noobs think they have to pay money to get good training/nutrition advices.

It's so funny though, there's always going to be those negative people who want to be haters, haha... But the results speak for themselves.

    .
So I'm a "hater" because I simply pointed out that there's no need to buy some program when there are dozens here, for free?

If you were too stupid to see you were following the wrong advices, that's your problem. Others here aren't quite that dumb.
