I'm actually thinking about getting it, maybe with a little bit of my own touch. But I was wondering, and this may sound stupid, but what actually is it? Like how would you describe it to someone?

Also, how long dyou think it'd take? and how much would that be?

That's not his completed sleeve, really don't know what that is---I assume he got it drawn over? For the complete ne I remember him saying it cost at least 2-3k and was done by a specific artist with a long waiting list. There isn't a way to describe it, that one just looks like random designs. I see maybe an eye, that might be a black sun, and maybe a koi fish?

Its just pretty much another one of those Japanese style sleeves with the Koifish, waves and windbars etc. that most often have no relevant meaning to the people who get them nowadays other than the fact that it looks good but since pretty much every other guy who gets a sleeve has one now or is getting one of these tattoos it has become very much overdone and you will just be another guy adding to the massive number of "get a random koifish, windbars, cherryblossom, waves tattoo because i want to look like a sickkunt but sexy at the same time" type dude. They look good and all which is why they became popular but i think you might wanna think twice about getting something permanent just because you saw it on a guy and it looked good to you.

Most of the people who get these sleeves don't even know the meaning of the actual type of tat and symbols used in them which is a shame because they have a deep meaning in the japanese tradition. If you really wanna know what they are do some research on "Irezumi" tattoos

Zyzz pulled this tattoo off well, but i guess any tat would look good on an aesthetic physique. His brother and pretty much half of their aesthetics crew have this type of tattoo.
