    Diet + Supps

Been doing some research on building muscle , the breakdown of muscle , recovery , etc and ive come to the conclusion that you eventually will have to turn to buying sups for further gains .

Im no where near this stage of needing to buy certain sups but is not possible to recover from just a good diet and an adequate amount of rest + your usual protein shakes .

And also im starting to question my thinking of SS and compound movements . I read in an article from a Bodybuilder/powerlifter that your body just cant simple cope with doing bench or squat 3x a week and that your doing more damage than good .

    discuss .
Ka0s :In my experience, doing heavy barbell squats, bench presses, deadlifts, military presses, rows, etc. builds no significant muscle mass.
What you need to really get big is a solid routine which focuses on light weights and cable movements to really force blood into those muscles and get that deep burn & powerful contraction

some people take testosterone boosters , Some people take NO boosters , Would you not have to move onto these sort of products to continue your gains .. ?

Eventually down the line is your diet alone not going to be sufficient enough to recover in time to continue building muscle ... ?

If you seriously think that people NEED to take testosterone boosters, and NO boosters to make gains. Then seriously dude. Your wrong.

Sure some of them may HELP, but in the long run it all comes down to diet > supps

If your diet and training isn't sufficient to build muscle, supplements certainly aren't going to help much.
