    What's the best way to eat eggs?

    I'd like to start eating eggs in the morning but I don't know exactly how much to eat to get the nutrients I need to go along with my diet. I hear it's good to eat the egg whites but I also heard you should put in one or two whole eggs with all the whites. About how many calories, fats, carbs, and grams of protein should I expect to get out of 8oz. (1 cup) of egg whites with the ONE whole egg included?

    I'd suggest eating egg whites, because eating a lot of eggs can result in high cholesterol problems especially if your only eating eggs for the protein factor, egg whites is healthier for you and you can still benefit from the protein

    Egg whites on a bulk... not sure if serious.

    The ways to cook eggs are endless. My favorites (currently eating 2 dozen whole eggs most days unless I swap them out for red meat or bacon) are soft boiled, sunny side up with some type of tomatoe based sauce, or as omelettes. Omelettes I spam up my big telfon skillet (flip when halfway done in it) but I prepare the eggs in a blender with whatever else I want to cook them in, herbs and cheese, or speghetti sauce or even chocolate whey powder pour into the skillet and cook. Also egg soups are good, I did that a couple times last week. Diced up vegetables and herbs cooked till soft then pour in a dozen raw eggs whiel it is at a roiling boil then turn it off and let the heat of the soup cook the eggs for 10 minutes.

    does the way of cooking the egg matter? wouldn't proteins denature if you heat it too much for extended periods of time or something? and would that affect the benefit?

    Onions, Peppers and a little bit of cheese. As for egg whites vs. yolk, depends on your bulking/cutting requirements and if you don't care about that your taste preference. I prefer to keep a yolk or two in my omelets for the nutrient value. Also good to put between two whole wheat English muffins.
