I need to get rid of all over body fat specially chest and belly in about 2,3 months at least a little without much equipment.Any suggestions???

Hate to break it to you bud, but there is no way to target body fat loss in any certain spot of the body, your body loses it where it wants. Your best bet is to get your diet on track, you didn't mention if you want to lose weight or just body fat, maintaining weight while lowering body fat is tough to do but completely possible. A lot of people like to cut, around 1-2 pounds a week mostly body fat through dieting and hitting their macro's they need in order to still be at a caloric deficit. But all in all, continue to diet, do HIIT workouts, a lot of cardio, and do your sit ups, push ups, and pull ups no machines required for those. Have at it, and good luck bro
