Hey guys, I'm new here as you can see. I've been working out for about 6 months and have been following the forums on here for a little while before creating my account, so I'm not a complete noob. I was just wondering what would be the best for increasing my strength; more weight and less reps or less weight and more reps. Thoughts?

Clearly you haven't been following the forums
in general
1-5 = strength
6 - 12 = size
13 + = endurance
95% of 1MR is just strength
80- 95 is speed and strength, below is just speed..or something, idk
but basically 5 reps or lower per set is good for strength. Make sure you add weight every session as long as you can eat eat eat"If death is victory; how afraid of life can we be?"
"In order to be brave or courageous, you must first be consumed with fear, for a person who is not afraid cannot be brave."

Shorter reps more weight, or longer reps less weight? From a 200m/400m sprinter.
