Back before the first pic i ordered P90X and couldn't even do a whole DVD without getting winded and giving up. So from then on i decided to completely change my lifestyle. So here's a couple pics of what i've done so far.
Pic 1 = Never picked up a weight or knew anything about nutrition
Pic 2 = 4 months of cutting
Pic 3 = Relatively clean bulking for 3 months after pic 2
P.S. Constructive criticism always welcome! And i know the first pic is kinda bad, but what can i say...i was embaressed to take no shirt pics back then.

You've done great so far. First thing i notice. Need to widen that back. You have a long torso so it makes you look skinny. Widen the back and round out those shoulders and it would do wonders for you! Great job in good time!
