    probably beacuse most people train calves wrong. people who do a lot of walking up and down hills do tend to have juicy calves for example. calf raises wont do **** (no evidence to back this up lol)

    what i hate about this site, is that people think that they can get anything with just hard work and dedication, this a good mindet however it is misleading

    they think that with just hard work, training hard as ****, and eating tons of food, then they can fix any muscle

    they think bad genetics not exist and even if they do, you can fix it traning heavy
