i am taking syntha 6 and have been doing 2 scoops after my workout. i am trying to gain muscle and size, without gaining noticable fat. i workout for 40min-55min a day 6 times a week, plus the ocasional cardio, would it be better to take more than one shake a day? and if so when and how many. thanks a lot.

As a general rule, only use protein supplements to help meet your daily protein intake requirements and should not replace whole foods. IMO, the less protein shakes you use, the better (means your eating more whole foods). I only drink one or two shakes max per day. That being said, two scoops after your workout is fine. Timing is not that important when it comes to nutrition. Read up on the stickies in the nutrition forum to help you understand nutrition a bit better.
