For strength is it better to workout monday and friday or monday, wednesday, and friday. I'm trying to decide which one to use because this week is my off week.
which ever way you don't over train. I advocate 3 days a week, but some people say 2 is best. If you don't over train on 3, i'd do that, but if you do...go with 2. Peace
