OP better hope that a Republican isn't elected to office and Obama stays in for your sake. Pretty sure all the Republicans are hard core pro-Israel. Or find an area of the military where it won't become an issue for you. I also suggest that you look into the Palestinian-Israel issue thoroughly and completely and try and look at both sides. They are people just like you. It's an easy trap for one side to totally dismiss the other side. You see this in how liberals and conservatives look at each other in this country despite there being good people on both sides of a philosophical view with valid viewpoints just a different world view. Good luck, OP. Your still young and still have many different paths your life can take at this point.

As they are tiny and weak we should be able to make short work of the crossfitters with our first wave. Honestly I think the vangaurd alone will overwhelm them without the need for reserves. As to the female crossfitters I see no reason to slay them, many of them are attractive and could make good sort wives or concubines... however clearly they are too weak to bear trueborn sons as they clearly come from genetically inferior stock.

So I haven't looked at the keto forums in 9-10 months. What is wrong with crossfit. I started looking into it because it seems like a nice change of pace. Though I agree OP is, well, 16 what can you expect, I don't know what is necessarily evil about crossfit. I will concede it is not the best thing for say strength or bulking, but I do like the idea of being a lot more fit. I dropped from 240- 215 on keto + 5x5, then started my version of a modified GBC (5/20 vs 5/12/25). Long post short, what is inherently evil about crossfit, or is it that they just don't like ketoers and ketoers don't like xfiters?

I've been watching some more crossfit videos online. Some of the people, HOLY S**T. Things like the "Kingkong" with 315 is impressive as all hell. I do, strongly, disagree with the idea behind kipping, jump pullups (the actually stand on a platform while there hands are on the bar so its not an assist to get up), etc by the 100s. I think that if you can do 30 of the BS pullups, try knocking out 12-15 legit ones. Some of the form is horrible and the coaches know ****. But, bodybuilding...we have our 6ft men @ 168 who have a workout dedicated to arms. Love or hate 5x5, is a progressive system that puts on tons of mass thanks to bench, dead, and squat. It seems like for every Rich Froning, theres 100 of the OP. Not sure if the ratios are better or worse in a weight room.

There is nothing wrong with kipping. Just realize it's metabolic work if you do it and not something that is going to add a lot of back strength or mass. Same thing with jump pull ups.
The problem with xfit is the claims that are put out by some of the followers (and coaches) concerning the results of the practitioners and how "fit" they are to compete in realms in which they are not specialized. Add to that issues with overuse injuries.
