I wouldn't say its my favorite, but my most eaten is tilapia, panfried or baked in a lemon butter sauce, served with baked red potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. My second eaten way is breading it similar to how JMC above said it, but that usually requires more work than I care for.
However, I do like salmon, made pretty much any way possible, though prices where I'm at aren't as great as you'd think they'd be. I do like mahi mahi if it is seared right. Oh, and I've actually grown sort of attached to spicy catfish, though the only time I have that is when I visit my folks (who always send me home with 20 lbs of it, so I'm quite grateful for that).Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)
It's a hater's job to hate. So let them hate...

Yellow tail and salmon are my favorite. I like to get them both in 1.5" + steaks and cook them on the skillet leaving them raw in the center, its so amazing. Sometimes with the salmon I will make a Soy/Peach juice reduction and pour it over the top after it is cook. Its probably my favorite meal. Rockfish and halibut are good too...
