Been at it for about 3 months, been a skinny ******* pretty much my whole life.
brb 6'0 125lbs.
now 6'0 150, still tiny, but progress none the less.
Can't wait til I hit 180lbs. Going to feel good mannnn

its tough but never quit...there are setbacks but keep moving forward i started at 5'9 120 and im sitting about 164 today..it has been hell at times but it is worth it and you will love yourself for it good luck man! good gains so far
