    started slow bulk (pic)

    trying to get to 200lbs with gaining fat as little as possible, then cut down to about 190 with 7-8% bf. 187-188lbs atm

    Good frame and lean at the moment ~ 10%.
    Nice arm and shoulder mass.
    You can easily afford to hit 200 without losing the leanness, so why not aim a little higher, so 210 before the cut and go out all out for some strength and mass gains

    looks like 8-9% BF right now... good frame man to bulk! Good luck. I think 220 would be a better goal to bulk and than cut back to 195-200lbs.

    thanks man. i think 220 is too much for me, i don't wanna get too big. well, i guess when i get to 200 i'll see if i should stop or continue bulking

    It probably depends on how slow your bulk will be anyways for you to gain fat along with muscle. I'd imagine if you bulked to 220 in under or around 6months, or did 200 in 6 months slow... Good luck on your goals.
