trying to get to 200lbs with gaining fat as little as possible, then cut down to about 190 with 7-8% bf. 187-188lbs atm

Good frame and lean at the moment ~ 10%.
Nice arm and shoulder mass.
You can easily afford to hit 200 without losing the leanness, so why not aim a little higher, so 210 before the cut and go out all out for some strength and mass gains"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Deadlift 190kg/418lbs
