Hey guys, I started serious lifting in January of this year for a new years resolution. I was hoping to get some critiquing on my progress so far and info on where I should go from here. First off, can anyone estimate my bodyfat %, i feel its probably pretty high haha. Second, what areas do I need improvement on other than legs and to cut fat to get to that gud balanced aesthetic?
Lifts
Bench 155x8 to 225x5
Squat ------- to 235x5
Dead ------- to 315x3
OHP 95x8 to 135x5
Photo 6 and 8 are before shots.

Probably close to 20%+ (but I am never good at this)...it is hard to tell anywhere from 17+ because everyone carries their weight differently. You seem to carry a lot in your medsection vs. other parts of your body...which is typical for guys.
Arms are looking big and will look even bigger after you cut some BF...shoulders seem proportionate, lats and traps are looking big (from your back shot). So keep up the good work...good to hear you are using big compound lifts...will be the best lean mass gainer for overall size. Keep up the good work!CURRENT

You are the first person that I know that has actually tried to achieve his new year resolution. Great progress nice looking shoulder. I personally believe that a 3 month cut will be really good for u. It will improve ur def in ur pecs and maybe show slight abs when u flex. Also ur arms will explode for sure.Great progress keep goin
