My favorite happy accident in Part 3 of the leg training video with Kai and Nick Trigili is Nick's "Jim Halpert" moment toward the end when Kai tells him there's only one more set left to go.

the intensity that kai has is just mind-blowing. A leg workout like that in itself is intense, but after 2 hours of cardio and a single meal on a calorie deficit?! the man is a machine, and his legs looked monstrous when he was squatting, the thickness from the side and the sweep of his hamstring is sensational.
