    What drink do you mix suppliments with?

    First off I am new here. i have been reading posts for the last week and figured I needed to sign up.
    Secondly, What drink do you guys mix suppliments with. I use Nitro NCG for pre-workout and water is all
    I can think to mix it with but it goes down ok so thats not a hugh problem.
    I use Recovery 2-1-1 post workout. I tried water and its not so good... So what do you guys use?
    Also should I be taking anyother suppliments thru the day? I eat about 8 times a day and im just wanting to loose about
    20 lbs and gain mass?? Thanks!! Oh also i work out every third day and cardio in between....

    I mix everything with water...except protein shakes...those are mostly with milk.

    Also, there is absolutely no need to eat 8 times daily despite what the magazines may be telling you...

    Water. The only thing I can't take alone with water though is cissus powder. That stuff tastes so bad, I need something else to mask the taste.

    Everything is water, even protein shakes. I may start using milk for my morning whey shake when I need those extra calories and/or fat.

    Only thing i use is pre- Nitro NCG and its goes down ok so its just water

    I use 2-1-1 recovery for post and i did water but didnt care for it so i did 2% milk and it was much better..
    Should I NOT do milk?
