First off I am new here. i have been reading posts for the last week and figured I needed to sign up.
Secondly, What drink do you guys mix suppliments with. I use Nitro NCG for pre-workout and water is all
I can think to mix it with but it goes down ok so thats not a hugh problem.
I use Recovery 2-1-1 post workout. I tried water and its not so good... So what do you guys use?
Also should I be taking anyother suppliments thru the day? I eat about 8 times a day and im just wanting to loose about
20 lbs and gain mass?? Thanks!! Oh also i work out every third day and cardio in between....

for pre's and intras I use water. Protien I either use water, almond milk or make sludge.... lately been making alot of sludge
