Hello!!
This is my 8 month progress, in summary the last 8 months I've been eating under maintenance, 200g+ prot. (clean oats, tuna, chicken, veggies, cottage, nuts, avocados)
Lifting religiously 4-5 days a week.
Cardio (5-6 days 30 min first 6 months) now 3-4 days same time.
Some massive binges here and there, (eating a whole box of Krispy Kreme for example) and social drinking on friday's maybe 1 heavy drink (5+ cans, glasses) every 2 months.
Now switching to a calorie deficit (-20 to 30%, 3 days) then 2 days on a surplus of 20% then 2 days a lil under maintenance. The idea is to keep losing fat and build some muscle.
What do you guys think??

Thanks for your comments everyone, boosts my confidence and my motivation!! I also believe that is more efficient to have a complete bulk or cut cycle. But the 3 days cut - 2 days bulk - 2 lil below maintenance. Make the gains more noticeable due to dropping fat and getting a little muscle, Here the 1 month progress of this approach.
But on December holidays a bulk is definitely on budget hehe!

Update after 10 more months
Hi guys just wanted to bring you some updates. I bulked for holidays Nov-April 1st photo.
Then switched to LeanGains style cut, for these last 2 months.
Consistent 4-5 days of gym. And switched to no cardio or 1 day of it every 2 weeks or so + some sports.
Any guess on new bodyfat? I am measuring through calipers and I get 10-11%.
