been bulking like a beast. i mean more like chuck norris.
anyways all i did was lift 7 times a week and take 1000 grams of protein daily and here i am now.
im a natural body builder i didnt use any roids or whey. all i do is hunt chickens and eat them raw LIKEABOSS.
