Largely depends on your genetics, but yes thats definitely achievable with a few years of proper training and diet. It would be harder to maintain that muscle mass and bf % for a long time natty though, but its possible

I've seen people achieve that naturally. I wish i was dedicated enough. but i've seen more people achieve that hormonized, and theres a good chance thats what he did. but maybe not idk

Like others have said, depends on genetic. Also depends on your sleep, nutrition, routine, etc. If you did everything 70-80% intensity I'm guessing it would take the average person 3-4 years. But it has largely to do with your starting physique aswell.
