Mono is basic creatine. Very effective, over 100 studies on it to PROVE it's effective. Kre-Alkalyn is "buffered" Mono, meaning more is 'supposed' to be absorbed into your system and utilized VS your stomach acid destroying a percentage of it.
IMO Kre-Alkalyn is overpriced for a gram or 2 more creatine being digested into your system.

Difference is cash. Mono is proven to work. Kre-Alkalyn is buffered creatine monohydrate. Both work but it hasn't been proven that Kre-Alkalyn is more effective or really has any advantages over regular CM. Some creatine monohydrate has chemical impurities which may or may not be harmful over time depending on what those impurities are.

only difference from my experience is if you decide to go with a "loading" phase with creatine mono you may experience some bloating because you'll carry a little more water (assuming your drinking enough) kre-alkalyn claims you don't need to "load" and therefore eliminating the bloat but like most ppl said there isn't a noticeable difference really
