My transformation. Hope this motivates someone!

August 2007 I was 260 pounds. I had gotten hurt in soccer years and years before and completely fell out of sports. I was majorly depressed and life was terrible. I ate alot to make me feel better but it really only made my life so much more worse. My weight had gone down a bit since 2007, but I was still at about 240-245 pounds December 2008. But in that month of December I decided to change my life. I was sick of feeling like a failure. Feeling like my weight and outward appearance held me back from so much that I might have been able to do with my life and I had had enough. Exactly 12 months later (Decemberr 2009) I had lost 100 pounds. I was now at 160 pounds. It proved to people I had extreme willpower, but I wasnt proving anything to them, I was only proving to myself what I was really capable of. From November 2009 to April of 2010 (4-5 months later) I had gotten into weight lifting to fill out my extra skin and had reached 174 pounds. Four months later (August 2010) I decided to go on my first bulk. I went from august to mid November and by that november I was 189 pounds. I bulked totally wrong but I still gained some good muscle during it. I then went off and on from maintaining to cutting, and finally July 2011 i decided to do a serious cut to really reveal the muscle I had gained since I was 160 after my weightloss. Now in October (3ish months later) I am almost done with my serious big cut and am so happy with my progress from being an overweight, hopeless, depressed mess. Thanks for your time, and I hope this motivates someone else a little bit to change their life too.
