So my calorie deficit is at 2072. My maintenance is 2591. Yesterday I went over my deficit which was at 2400 calories because my gf brought me taco bell and I had to eat at least the chicken flatbread. Today I went over my deficit by eating around 2400 calories because I bought 3 different tubs of protein today and my sugar cravings caved in so I gave each flavors a try which set me over my deficit. I've been on a strict cut for 3 weeks so far and was wondering if this will ruin my cut? So far I've lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks.

And why did you "have to eat" the chicken flatbread? You don't HAVE to eat anything you don't want to. But to answer your question, no, you are fine. Just don't stress over it and tell your GF to give you some more notice next time before she brings you food so you can calculate the calroies and macros of the food. Then eat that taco bell and be happy

I know others do this, but one trick I use sometimes to make up calories when I had a big cheat is to sleep late on Sunday then only eat a big dinner (1000ish calories). So basically I either redeem 800 calories from earlier or give my self 800 more calories to use during the upcoming week. I don't really know if it's broscience or not, but its never done me wrong.
