Thumbs up DaveGabe reviews BioForge V3!

Ok, you all know the deal with this product by now. I finished using this product about a week and a half ago, because I wanted to take some time to come back down to earth, let the excitement of a sponsored log/progress wear off so I can give the most honest review possible.

I have a few before/after pictures, but I'll be honest that at this point in the game, any significantly noticeable changes to my physique are going to take much longer than six weeks.

My focus for the log was to increase strength, and to establish myself at my current weight to get back to competition strength. My last meet I competed at 220 raw-juniors, and wanted to give the 188 class a shot. So I'm hovering in the low 190's and just working on strength.

The most immediate benefit I noticed was the sleep, and actually on the third night I had a wet dream...which hasn't happened in longer than I can remember. Then came the muscle fullness, hunger, and strength.

I was adding poundage and reps on a weekly basis. I use 5/3/1 from Wendler cause I've found it to be fantastic for raw guys and it follows a lot of the methods I've come to believe in (forced progression, deloads, etc).

So aside from the fullness, hunger, sleep, etc. etc.....strength is what I wanted, and strength is what I got. To date this product has helped more with strength than anything else I've used. Now to make things fair, I'm older, more mature and disciplined as a lifter, and more knowledgeable. So it's safe to say the environment is more conducive for consistent progress than ever before. With that said, BFv3 had me adding weight at a much more rapid pace than ever before even when I was bulking with massive calories + supplements to hit 230, 2 years ago.

For those of you who followed my log, stick around I'll be throwing a stack together of my own to run for a bit. Started back up lifting again today after a much needed week deload.

Thanks to THEHUGE obviously and Biotivia, for the solid products and this opportunity.

To anyone who has any questions or would like some further clarification, don't hesitate to ask!!

Here's a few vids from the last week or two, weight is between 189-192lbs.

    Thanks everyone.

Yea, things are startin to come around at this measly weight I'm sittin at. Curious to see where I can end up in 5-6 months, and then hopefully be ready for a meet to tear up 188. Then it's probably back to 200+, cause it sucks being such a scrawny b1tch

Thanks again for the opportunity, and I'm glad you got what you were looking for out of it. Was a very enjoyable run, and a product I look forward to using in the future for sure.
