I never thought buying a multi vitamin would become so complicated until started doing research and taking my health seriously. I've always taken the Costco Kirkland brand multi vitamin, which is a 1 year supply(1 pill a day) for around $20. My question is, how can you define the actual cost vs reward of a multi vitamin? For example, is spending $25usd+shipping(to canada) for 60 days worth of Opti-Men or Animal Pak($30+shipping for 22days) actually worth it compared to a more simple Multi Vitamin like Kirklands as mentioned earlier. I'm more than willing to spend the money on the product if it's worth it, but the amount of information out there on this subject is a little overwhelming.

Multis such as Orange Triad, Anavite, Animal Pak, Opti-Men, etc. are probably going to be higher quality vitamins then a generic brand like Kirkland. If your not on a budget, I would def. recommend looking into something else. Personally I've had a good experience with Orange Triad with the joint complex.

According to the bb.com label it uses Methylcobalamin and Cyanocobalamin. Methylcobalamin is a good source of b12 and with cyanocobalamin the liver must convert it into methylcobalamin I believe, so it's not very bioavailable.
