2 Week Diet Break After 12 week IF Leangains Cut Nessesary?

Here is a question for all you advanced IF gurus. I was decently lean to start out with (%14 bf) Ive been on leangains strictly for almost 12 weeks now. Ive lost 25lbs from 182 to 157. I want to be even more ripped and continue cutting past 12 weeks. Strength shot up dramatically first 8 weeks of the program, but now has become stable no changes in most lifts. Some gurus such as lyle mcdonald recommend diet breaks of 2 weeks at maintenance to stabilize whoremones, then go back on cut.

Lyle quotes: "In the big scheme of things, what is two weeks not losing fat if, not only does the break mean you lose fat MORE effectively (because you’ve normalized hormones) but you increase your odds of long-term success by not being so psychologically stressed all the time."

My energy is perfect, libido is fine (so testosterone is fine) and no strength decreases. Psychologically Im perfect. Leptin should be fine with peaks and valleys on carb refeed days. What do you guys recommend?

What whormones are in play here? Im assuming T3 T4 Thyroid hormones and testosterone.

    Has your weight loss stalled?

It seems you are keeping your strength, and not tired of cutting, so if you're still losing weight dont fix what aint broken brah.

I'm not gonna lie this is the exact workout routine I follow as well as macro setup! Except I did less calories for the first four weeks (2400 on 1700 off) and went from 155 to 150 and 11% to 8%. Unbelievable results. Switch to a more of a recomp /Bulk (3000-2000) and got jacked in two weeks. Tweaked back and been out of gym for a week now . GL with progress...
