Feel fine. Just fine. Strangely noticing that the only time I get the urge to fap is right before bed and right upon waking, but those urges have diminished almost completely. Usually I'd just fap once a day (right before bed) and hit the bed only to fall asleep almost immediately. For the first 3 days after I decided to stop, sleeping was unusually difficult, almost like a withdrawal of some sort. Not so much staying asleep, but actually falling asleep...it would take me at least an hour, but is now taking about 20 minutes.

Yesterday, I actually met a **** buddy to take the edge off, but much to my chagrin, they gained 30lbs in 2 months time. 30 lbs. 2 months. (Must have been doing GOMAD). Needless to say, I extricated myself from that particular predicament using my usual tact. Normally, under these types of circumstances (sexual failures), I would go home and masturbate due to the pure pent up sexual frustration, but I didn't even feel the need.

So far, I feel no major or even minor changes to my general disposition, but I feel as though this decision could be very beneficial to my sexual performance and mental health. As of right now, I have not been struggling at all with intense masturbatory urges, but good luck to all of you that are.

I seemed to have acquired multiple benefits and I've never had sex before. Didn't you see any other benefits? More aggressiveness, more of a will to socialize, lots of energy, more humor, life was less dull, tunnel vision in the gym, more motivation to get stuff done etc. None of these are related to getting laid.

Respect that you went this far man. I'm not going to tell you to keep going because nofap is what you make of it. If you acquired the benefits I listed but just wasted them not improving your life, well thats why you don't feel any different. However if you feel exactly the same you did from day one I suggest you try something different if feel like you want to change yourself. Your choice in the end bro...

One thing nofap taught me is that life is not about sex. at all. I mean, I don't think about it any more... even though I have wet dreams and random boners just walking around (now I get them almost every time I sit down an tap my legs)... I think I'm at day 44 here... Over the last few days I've been slightly edging without porn, just thinking about girls I know. Well basically, it's an average that has been made up of the amount of time that you need to stay away from porn and fapping for your brain to be "reset/rebooted". In the end, you'll probably not even want to look at porn anymore and you'll most likely stop seeing females the way you do now. You'll see them as a normal human, no sexual thoughts.

Tomorrow I will have been on no fap for 2 months and I admit I feel better than ever. My confidence is at an all time high, it took a bit over a month for the effects to kick in but now that it has I feel like nothing can stop me.

A lot of my confidence I think comes from a more asexual or cold view of things which is helpful. People will spin out when you mention things that are normally taboo and not bat an eyelid.
