Brahs, I'm back in on this. Made it to around 60 days before and everything seemed to be going swimmingly, and it felt a little too easy. Then all the awesome feelings went then fuked up. Felt batman and depressed for a while. Had days where I said I would start no fap again but tbh, I just forgot about why I was doing this. I thought, I fuked up and have to start all over? fuk that. I suppose I expected more after 2 months of no fap or no porn but that video on the previous page explains it I suppose. 4/5 months for the younger guys huh?

Well let's hope my little blip hasn't been too much of setback. Pretty glad I made it to 60 before. This time I'll double it. Keep at it my no fap brahs.

Yup hanging in there, I'm down in Death Valley National Park this week and used my extra energy on just doing cool outdoor ****. Yesterday it was 90 degree's here and I biked up thru a serious climb that included several miles of 15% incline the downhill was worth all the work. Glad you got to see some IRL action. Not on intensity of workout etc. , but on actual muscle. I find that when I fap my muscles feel less full and not as dense. Could be my imagination. I freak whenever I fap thinking I am losing muscle lol. Might this be true?

I feel the exact same way. Also, my workouts are much more productive since I don't get tired as easy.

More strength and energy = more lifted = more hypertrophy = more muscle gains = becoming more aesthetic

Seriously though, to all you non-believers of no fap here is a little logic for you.
Girls are known to sync their monthly cycles with their friends who they spend a lot of time with. Currently it is unclear exactly how this happens but scientists speculate that it has something to do with pheromones released by them.

If the human body is capable of releasing hormones to communicate with those around us, and they can interpret those messages and react to them with a physical change, then it is pretty much a dead certainty that not fapping could produce a chemical that everyone around you sub-consciously picks up from you to let them know that you are in "god-mode" and fertile with a "full bag of seeds".

I'm a Biology student and from various examples of human behavior and adaptations I have already been taught, it would not surprise me in the slightest if we had an evolutionary adaptation that limits our ability to attract girls for sex when we have a low sperm count and makes it easier to attract them when we have a high sperm count. We already know that a womens appearance improves when she is at her most fertile point in her cycle, the same is very possible for men.

Then I saw the no-fap April thread and decided to get back on the wagon with an achievable milestone on the horizon. Well, today is my 100th day wihout fapping, and the 53rd without even watching porn.
In the first few weeks this community really helped me, because it was a kind of reference group for me; after 5-7 weeks it became a lot easier.
About only once a week I think about fapping nowdays, but it might be only the need for release.
I have wet dreams about 2-3 times a month, but there is a bad thing about them which worries me a lot: these dreams are all about cumming to early - and this is the reason why I started no fap (cos I had ED). So my issue is that I'm not really convinced if no fapping cures my problem...

Anywayz no fapping is awesome, you gain a lot of self respect and in the first couple of weeks I felt more energized.

Many of us have tried to do this challenge and failed. We keep trying to do them again due to the benefits we have received from them. We don't go around trolling the misc and trying to force anyone to join us. You have absolutely no excuse for coming in here and blatantly trolling, and attempting to derail several of us from our attempt to make ourselves better. Now many of us realize you have high reps and in the misc it basically means that you're untouchable. So we're asking you to kindly leave or stop posting half naked women.
