I too will begin my log in this no fap thread. I will try to go as long as I can, here's my story:

First time to fap was about 10 years old, yes 10, disregard the negs I'm super srs about it. 16 3/4 now and balls seem quiet smaller than they should be, seriously. My ultimate goal is 70 days. I have stopped for like 2 weeks and seen dramatic increases in my confidence.

Today is my first day and I am suffering from severe stim dick, my first goal is to make it through the first week, be prepared to hear daily reports on my struggles and my successes.

Porn is the root cause of all the problems. Masturbation just reinforces the problem even more. And in my opinion if one stops watching porn but continues to masturbate, they either slow down the recovery process or just replace one problem with another. If you abstain from porn but continue to masturbate, you may replay memorable porn scenes in your mind either consciously or subconsciously. The brain cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is vividly imagined (a lesson I learned from the book Psycho-Cybernetics). The best course of action is to end BOTH at the same time. The only source of sexual gratification is REAL sex with REAL women. Masturbating to imaginary sex gets you nowhere.

I'm on day 48 (I think, can be couple of days off) and I had this as well. I had my golden period and afterwards it falls down into a very deep hole. Remember: 90 days is the goal here, not 40, so rebooting your brain takes a lot of ups and downs.

The longest I have gone is 2 weeks. After the first week I felt like a god amongst men but towards the middle and end of the second week I felt very depressed and it was just terrible.
