I relapsed last week, after 7 days without fapping (since I was 11 years old, I have never gone one day without fapping until I read about no-fap this month). I felt good just knowing I controlled myself for 7 days, considering that since I was 11 years old I have fapped at least twice a day, three times a day every other day.............. Have no idea how I made it 7 days without fapping. But I just can not stop thinking about women and their bodies.

I fapped 4 times last Tuesday night when I relapsed, at least it was without pr0n the first two sessions, didnt even need to touch my pipe at all to cum the first two pr0n-less sessions, felt very goood. The worst was the day after, I keep thinking about so many women and cuming again. Don't know how I can go much longer. I've had wet dreams every time I sleep since I stopped fapping. Even the day I relapsed last week I had a wet dream when I went to sleep. I have precum on my boxers and legs all the time.... Every day I keep trying to justify my fapping habit by telling myself that I need to fap so I avoid embarrassing myself, having wet dreams, or wanting to cum when I am out.... After my last entry I made it a few days here and there successfully doing no PMO though the other day and today I had a small relapse and I am starting over on day one. To be honest I never realized how DAMN HARD this would be to complete, I have been able to have a pretty good diet and no fast food or soda for nearly three years now but this I have not been able to accomplish. Like Ive stated before the more you are bored and not doing any constructive activity the more likely you are to just simply say to yourself "One minute wont hurt" well thats the farthest fact away from the truth, and is what ultimately happened to me.


It has been suggested that you stop cold turkey and while that may work great(its how Ive done my diet and training*not stopping but ditching old habits..*)if you get off track it can end very very badly. I believe discipline is one of the biggest factors in this if you cannot take the ultimate step forward then you will have a bigger chance of peddling backwards instead of forwards. To explain this theory Ill give an example of myself that I am sure all of you no PMO brahs can possibly relate to. Depending on the level of addiction this will vary with people and might not necessarily apply to every individual. In your brain you will often make compromises with yourself as another part of your conscious believes it can properly assess and handle certain situations with addiction when in reality the other half of you is incapable! An example of this setting would be when you start no-PMO you simply delete what you consider porn and leave the rest of what you think is okay.



To many people pornography may have a different meaning, Wikipedia classifies it as the explicit portrayal of sexual subject matter for the purposes of sexual arousal and erotic satisfaction, although that is broad it makes the point extremely focused on what I am going to make an attempt at explaining. Now back to the example... you may delete all your erotic videos downloaded from popular sites as this is what society considers porn and leave all your saved creepbook photos or photos of playboy, sexy girls et al. Problem is 1.) you are making a compromise with yourself thinking its okay when in reality you are just trying to make a defense that you are strong enough to battle addiction and that it is NOT pornography. This is not good in my opinion as instead of facing the problem face on you are only removing a module of the issue and leaving another one to come back later and cause you to relapse. 2.) If it causes you to feel all warm and fuzzy inside and increase your libido through unnatural stimuli(see: sexual stories, pictures, videos, non human interaction) then its simply pornography and it NEEDS to be removed to have a successful no-PMO experience.


If you are honest with yourself; something that can be extremely hard to do especially with addiction or psychological disorders, then you are more likely to have a improved longevity towards your goal. Being honest not only means following the above statements but also recognizing whenyou need to adapt for the better. You may discover new ways to fulfill your sexual tension though it would be best to handle these through extraneous activities such as exercise or arts like music and reading rather than fantasizing or causing pleasure another way such as tighter underwear etc. If you start doing something remotely sexual to yourself, STOP! Think about the risk and reward ratio and understand it is better not to even start. It could be as simple as sitting or laying in a manner that provides stimulation and then moving on to "just a touch or two" and then "just a minute" till well... its all over. Using your sexual energy and tension in another manner that is proper will help you avoid tendencies to masturbate or watch porn and rather instead use it to do something productive i.e. meeting new girls, lifting, working on a new skill.


Relapse is a scary effect of not being truly honest with yourself and if you are not truly cold turkey it can even be harder to avoid. The simplest although toughest mentally is to do everything so it doesn't begin in the first place(more on this below) and just to be honest with yourself even though you might want to make suggestions to yourself that you are doing good enough and that a certain folder or image does not have to be permanently deleted, too bad it does! It can only get worse once you relapse and with the ultimate goal of getting back on track. Ask yourself what caused you to cave in and FIX IT! For example I would be on ******** and be in my feed and see a very hot girl added a new photo which would eventually in some manner end up in me disregarding PMO as I thought "Oh I wont finish" or "its fine its fine I can restart tomorrow" and then the next feeling you have is horrible as I am sure many of you know! To combat my problem of being tempted at times on ******** just before writing this I installed a add-on to block the websites of my choosing and to require a password to make modifications to the list. I added ******** to the list among other websites that I would visit and blocked them, generated a random password and entered it and saved. Later I emailed a congratulations note to myself that I will receive in ninety days with the password if I wish to unblock. Long story short... if its a problem fix it!

"I used to think like this too and trust me it is not worth it.. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Would you rather have that super urge to just go up to any women you see, look to her in the eyes no problem and possibly get that chick with dat dere perfect round cabooty or keep thinking whathaveivedone.rar and nogirls.jpeg, foreveralone.png, nomorningwood.gif, iamnotaconfindentbeast.gif, tellingyourmomyoufapped.docx all for that? Trust me would you like to have an extra two days added to your total or have you start back at day zero? If you want to reach 90 days and you keep doing that then eventually you'll get to the point from when you first started where you COULD have been on 90 days but instead you are on day 5.

Very true, brah. Any imagery that can make you horny should be considered pornography. I found it very easy to delete all the conventional hardcore porn because I could always download it again if I needed to. But I'm having trouble deleting the creepbook/creepspace pictures and youtube videos I acquired through A LOT of work and hundreds of hours of searching... If I delete it, there is a good chance that these images/videos will be completely wiped out of existence since those girls have probably deleted the pictures too. So what I did was encrypt them and put them in a folder, and I haven't looked at them since starting no fap. If I lose my virginity, get a gf or fb, then I promised myself I will delete them since I won't need it anymore. But until then, I'm going to have it as a back-up just in case I am doomed to be a forever alone virgin for the rest of my life.

BTW, Day 82 here. Going to go for at least the full 90, but not sure how much longer after that.
