trying no fap for the 3time around is getting easier and easier, first time i went 7 days, second time went 30 days, third time around i haven't been counting days , just know that the feeling after fapping is not worth it, so i've stop counting the days, and after 3 attempts i have it in my head that fapping is not an option given all the benefits i felt when i went 30 days.
