    Need feedback on my supplements

Where am I overlapping? Am I wasting money by taking all (or most) of my supps in the morning?

    bad stack, all you need.
    Creatine- Allmax creatine mono
    Multi- Orange Triad
    Fishoil- Oximega Fishoil
Protein- XF Whey, Trutein, or myofusion. No need for a casein, your body doesn't go catabolic overnight. No need for a postworkout shake either, just focus on hitting your macros.
If you feel the need to have a preworkout, go with SAN Fierce or White flood, if you get san fierce you won't need the allmax creatine.
From looking at your stack I would assume you are cutting, and if you're training fasted you could add in xtend intraworkout.

I wouldn't call it cutting. I have too high BF to call it cutting. I am just trying to gain size and strength and lose BF.
So you don't believe the catabolism state, huh? Interesting. I'm thinking about dropping a lot of this stuff the next time I run out of product. Seems like I just keep spending more and more money on this stuff. Ultimately I have bounced back to about 75% of my pre-injury weights and I feel strong inthe gym. Cranking more reps and sets with higher weights than I ever thought I would. But I just wonder how much of this stuff actually contributes to this extra performance. And none of it is helping reduce BF. I guess I'm justy going to have to buckle down and start running more on non-weight training days.
    Thanks for the feedback.

Focus on diet more than anything, a caloric deficit is what is going to cause you to lose weight.
