Do you keep your bottom and head firm on the bench when bench pressing? Often this is due to folks twisting/arching the back and turning the head. Keep your rear and head FIRM on the bench and your feet planted still. I would venture to guess that you are squirming while pressing.

welcome to the wonderful world of DOMS

Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness.

while no one is 100% sure what causes DOMS, most scientists believe it is caused by "micro tears" in the muscle, and also from "swelling of the muscle" when it is not used to the weight.

How long have you been benching for?

If you just started, it is normal. I took two months out, hit it, and was in pain for four days. I did a quick search for you, but could not find an exact way to recude doms. Many people simply suggested

Quote:
- Xtend
- Bulk BCAA's
- Bulk Leucine
- More calories
- More whey
- EAA supplement
and

Quote:
And some fish and flax oil, a good muti, citrulline malate, and some creatine.
I myself find that simply more protein to help replenish the muscles is the best way to prevent/help DOMS

I am not trying to be a smartass but when you say "bag and neck" do you mean your nutsack and neck or back and neck? Because if it is you nutsack you might want to get it checked out.

Do you forcefully extend your neck into the bench? You could be straining your neck extensors.

Bag?

In conjunction with li0scc0, keep your head and back against the bench and relaxed, keep your back in firm contact with the bench. Some arch is allowable, but if you're just beginning (your post doesn't indicate), I'd suggest keeping a fairly flat back until you've built a stronger core.

Good luck, let us know how this turns out for you.

Ditto.

If benching hurts your nuts in any way, shape or form, then your best advice would be from a doctor.
