Lately my sleep cycle has been so off that i can go to bed @ 9 or 10 without having any caffeine that day and stare at the roof till 2 or 3 in the morning. Would anyone reccomend me a sleep aid? I wanted to try melatonin but i would like to find one that is does @ 1mg instead or 3mg's
Any advice would be appreciated

Melatonin works great for me.
If you got a girl go spend some time with her before you go to bed. You'll sleep like a baby and get your cardio in.I rep back. ALWAYS
