    Sleep

    Hello!

Well I am having a really hard time to fall asleep when I am doing my cardio workout like 2-3hours before bedtime.

I don't really know why, but do you guys have any idea or any solution for me to fall asleep fast when I go to the bed?

This is really big problem for me, I can just lay in the bed for like 8hours without falling asleep and that is making me angry cuz I got the school to worry about too.

Thanks in advance, really need help on this one!

get up earlier than you normally do . simple as that . plus it could maybe due to the fact your doing cardio to close to going to sleep , your body is wide awake after all the hormones realised while exercising so try fit it in earlier in the day
Ka0s :In my experience, doing heavy barbell squats, bench presses, deadlifts, military presses, rows, etc. builds no significant muscle mass.
What you need to really get big is a solid routine which focuses on light weights and cable movements to really force blood into those muscles and get that deep burn & powerful contraction

    Just workout earlier d00d
    or go to bed earlier..
    or wake up earlier..
    and go to bed earlier..
or see a doctor instead of asking teen bb'ers about sleep problems..

Melatonin + Zinc + Magnesium + B6. Make sure you don't have anything to do for the next 10-12 hours and prepare for the best sleep of your life.
