Just Introducing Myself
Hello everyone, I thought that I would introduce myself. I started a weight loss regimen about 4 months ago in an attempt to lose all the weight I put on while I was pregnant with my son. I started at 149 lbs and now weight 137 lbs. At first it was just about losing weight but now I want to accomplish more, I would like to get in the best shape of my life and even attempt some sort of marathon or competing in a bikini division. The weight loss has been slow but I am really sticking with it. I started out working out maybe two days a week, just going for a jog in the morning, now I work out 4 or 5 days a week at the gym doing a mixture of cardio and weight lifting. I love reading the boards here, there is so much information and knowledge to be found to help me in my journey.
