I took off about 8 months since my injury. Injury was sometime in 12/2012.
This pic is about a month after I started lifting again. I believe the injury occurred during dips or flys so I no longer do those exercises. I know there are a lot of things I need to fix by looking at this pic but I am back to lifting and that's what matters to me right now and I'm trying to bulk currently.

Calves are alot stronger than they look, will post pic later, I think my traps need the most work, but I have a really hard time isolating that muscle.
I'm loving my forearms though.
Not really doing much for my abs, just focusing on arms, backs, legs, chest, shoulders.
As you can see I'm very "right" dominant, my right arm side is clearly bigger than my left, kinda sucks. Actually just about everything on the right side is bigger.
