couple of questions (be honest)
gonna shoot for 155lb next year.
-based on my pics, in a year from now..do any of you think that i even realistically place in a local competition
-i'm really confused as far trying to make an eating plan. i just eat and eat. how do you "cycle off of carbs" and any other advice for eating year out before competition
-food: where do you guys shop at, and get the bodyfuel for you money?
-what are the main criteria that you are based off of in the all-nattys?
-any other ideas to look more vascular, etc before competing would help.
-have any of you picked up some sort of sponsorship by placing in anything local? how would i go about getting one?
-i've trained myself for the past year. is it better to find a local trainer that has trained competitive bodybuilders?
