saw Josh Koscheck on "wife swap" last night LOL
I was watching wife swap last night, and the lady on the show is a personel trainer and 5 time boxing champion or something and it was showing her coaching Josh Koschek before he was known... lol anyone else seen this ? cant find the link on youtube though. I think it was like 5-10 years old.

I think I know the girl you are talking about, they showed her doing mittwork with Koshcheck when he was fighting on the ultimate fighter finale the first season. She is pretty good on the mitts. Does she still train at AKA?

yeah thats it, she's pretty legit, apparently won the world title 4-5 times, trains her kids like champions lol
dunno what shes doing now, just found it funny seeing him before appearing on the ufc.
