    Squat: 1 set of 50 reps
    Inclined Bench Press: 1 set of 50 reps
    Lateral Raise: 1 set of 50 reps
    Hanging Leg Raise: 1 set of 20 reps
    Reverse Grip Row: 1 set of 50 reps
    Chin-Ups: 1 set of 25 reps

    is 1 set of 50 reps are useless?
    sweat out as much as u can in your workout.. so you wont be the one who eat grass in a fight
