What would be the best exercises for sex and sexual activities in general?
I imagine forearms would play a large part....
What's the major muscle group that helps thrusting? Which exercises would you do weighted to be the best sexy time person out there?

But if you want a strung thrust, then power cleans, deadlift, kettle bell swings, squats

swings (plate or kettlebell) and rack pulls (basically the top 1/5th of the deadlift) both for high reps, and also cardio/conditioning (circuits)
OR you can just have sex you know, and get better at it i guess"You wont find strong men with weak hands"

1. Cardio
2. Mobility work/stretching
3. Romanian deadlifts
4. High rep squats
in dat dere order.
It doesn't matter how strong you are if you get gassed out, cramp up, or simply aren't flexible enough to get the job done right. Romanian deads will **** the **** out of your ass and hamstrings more than squats will. And obviously this thread is more for fun than anything else people, I lol'd at an idea at improving power at thrusting.
Cardio and Flexibility are going to be the two biggest I'd imagine.

In my experience it doesn't matter so much with strength. It's if you know how to please your woman. Also being able to control when you finish helps. You dint have to be a marathon man.
