    Do you have to take your shirt off when weighing in at a meet?

    The reason I ask this is because I'm thinking about doing my first meet but I have horrible acne scars which I don't like to show.

    You only have to if the shirt is putting you over your weight class limit. But having weighed in hundreds of people, I can assure you we really don't pay attention to stuff like scars.

    I went to a USAPL meet and they forced me to go in my boxers. They tried to make me go naked but I wouldn't let them, and it was an open room with a door that lead to the lifting area...
    Bench 402 (ace)/ 385 (440 in slingshot)

    Yeah, it's kind of embarrassing, especially for the really fat guys. The weigh ins are insane at powerlifting meets. Huge crowds with a bunch of hot ass bitches, and then you got big fat pimpled up dudes on stage weighing in/flexing. Pretty weird.
