Does massaging help out?
How about those Methyl silicate like tiger balm? Should I do it everytime?
Should I increase my whey intake during times when I am sore?

Some light work to get the blood pump in. Light cardio. Foam rolling. Pretty must the gist of it.
DOMS is caused by rupture within muscle fibers. Inflammation will cause pain and stiffness. If you pump blood you will help your body to recover quickly. If you put heat, you will accelerate the healing processus. But...it needs time to recover. There is nothing you can do to avoid DOMS, but active recovery and heat might accelerate the healing.☆ ☆ QUEBEC CREW ☆ ☆

I have to agree with the above posters about AR and rest and nutrition. I didn't see any mention of stretching so will throw my hat in for that.. I find that stretching( not overstretching ) is good for sore muscles.. + Massage does wonders for me. I will also agree with the statement of "time". I get really sore biceps when I hit my back and biceps day. It always takes about a 2-3 day recovery..

I find a really hot bath sped up my recovery, along with increased protein intake, light cardio and even some yoga to really stretch myself out.
Studies 'indicated' that stretching doesn't really help DOMS (As others have said in this thread) but from a personal experience, they have greatly sped up my recovery.
