So I'm a little bit late on making this thread, but I've been lifting since the start of October 2010.
The heaviest I got up to was around 190lbs, from 166lbs.
I currently sit around 182lbs after dieting for a British final.

A week tomorrow I have my British final, I'm hoping for top 6, with slacked prep and poor diet, I should have and could have done much better BUT I have already made plans to come in bigger and better next year, and hope to take the Teens by storm with a new chiseled physique.
I will start my binge right after show day, and hoping to rebound around 10kg of weight within a couple of weeks, then it's time to pack in some serious calories and carbs, and get this body moving overtime.
