IS my workout routine to much?

Okay so this is my first post, I have a question to as if i will get BETTER results if i work out less.

    My current workout routine is:

3 sets each station start off at around 12 first set and put more weight to 6-8 reps after

Monday:chest ( bench press and incline on barbell every other week, dumbell bench, incline db every other week, machine press, cables, sometimes flys when i feel strong enough)

Tuesday:back (lat pull downs, and the other cable one sitting down with a straight back pulling to chest, lawnmower pulls, deadlifts)

Wednesday:Leg day (squats, leg press, calve raises, leg curls)

Thursday:shoulder and traps (db press with 65's ea arm, goodmornings with 20's, cables, db trap squeeze, barbell squeezes)

Friday:arms (tricep: skull crusher, cable pull downs with rope, and straight bar, dips. Bicep, db curls, hammer curls, straight bar, cables.)

    Saturday: off

    Sunday: run a mile.

Will i get better results if i take Wednesday completely off? or if i do triceps on chest day? and biceps on back day? is running a mile on sunday not beneficial since i have chest workout the next day and start all over? I have gained 10 pounds in a month so far and seeing good results but feel like i can get more out of my workout week, any help would be appreciated

I also sometimes take 1 day off during the week days and run saturday and take sunday off then re start

Do you feel it's too much? We can't tell you, since our bodies are different and only you can know for sure how much your body can take.

But don't take Wednesday off if that means you won't be training legs at all...

No, I feel like i could workout everyday and i wouldn't skip leg day Wednesday, If anything i would push it off to t]Thursday if i felt like the past two days where very intense.
