I am currently doing IF, just maintaining for now during Physical Therapy until I can hopefully lift again very soon aside from RC and shoulder strength stuff. I am also doing cardio, and maintaining at 2100 calories
Being in college IF works perfect, I wake up go to class then break the fast at 1230-1 p.m. then eat my second meal around 5:30-6:45 p.m.
However for the past few weeks I have been eating protein bars and supplements for one of my meals, my college doesnt really serve much for lunch other than pizza fried food and some gross grilled chicken that resembles rubber
My meal plan has been
Meal 1 :
Supreme Protein Bars: 600 Calories: 35 fat, 50 carbs (only 16 net carbs, ((sugar alc-fiber))), and 45 grams protein
Fiber one bar: 130 calories : 5fat, 24 carbs (9 g fiber), 2 g protein
Meal 2:
Usually contains salad, some sort of grilled chicken sandwich like buffalo, maybe baked sweet potato fries

Is it bad to IF with one of my two meals (first meal) being protein bars and shakes

A)No there is nothing inherently wrong with it as long as you reach your macros/micros.
B)There are tons of things you can cook in a microwave - rice, potatoes, broccoli, oats, quinoa... etc.
C) IIRC, a week ago you made a thread blaming IF for your hunger, but you're eating a meal based around protein bars? GG fiber/satiation.
