Can someone tell me what they think of the Maratac/Citizen watch on p. 221 please?
Just any opinions on look/quality would be good.Currently training to become Goku (srs). Status: Turtle hermit training, not yet a Saiyan.

First day back on the internship in a year. Saw my boss wearing a speedy. Rekindled my fire for a watch search this summer hahha
I know this is going to sound asinine but I keep going back to considering a tag f1.
It's quartz, kinda overpriced a bit cuz of the designer name, but I just can't get it out of my head completely.
It's like that bitch you love but you know can never work out and treats you like ****, yet you keep going back.Last edited by schabowy90; 06-04-2012 at 03:59 PM.

So I'm a pilot, and I've just been borrowing whatever extra watches my dad had laying around to fly with, promising myself that I would buy a watch when I found one that I liked enough to spend money on. Fell in love with the Citizen Nighthawk and am very happy with my purchase thus far.

Thoughts on the Tissot prc200 for my first "real" watch? My budget is 300-350. Any other recommendations?

It was my first real watch. Love it. Wearing it for a job interview tomorrow. I also picked up a few different straps for it; black/grey bond nato, black silicone with yellow stitches, and tan leather... Going to pick up a sailcloth strap w/ yellow stitching for it eventually. Pictures really do not capture the glimmer of the polish on this thing.
Sad story, but from the frequent strap changes, the back of the lugs have gotten a few minor scratches... I'm getting better and am not that concerned about it, anyway.

Finally got my Hadley Roma strap for my Seiko SRP181J1 yesterday.
I like the look, but the strap tapers down to a narrow (almost dainty) width at the buckle.
I need to find something that starts at 20mm at the lugs, and ends at 20mm at the buckle.
